#0-Technology Past

#1: In my past, technology has been a big impact on my life. Throughout middle and high school, in every single one of my classes, somehow technology was incorporated into it. I wouldn't describe myself as an expert on technology, but I am pretty confident that I know how to get around on a computer. I have used all the popular applications students usually use in a classroom, such as PowerPoint, SMART board, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Our generation has grown up with technology so to me, figuring things out on the computer by myself isn't a hard thing to do.

#2: In this class, I really hope to explore more things to do with the different types of technology I already know a few things about. I have seen different types of Power Points and prezis that I wish I could have made for myself. I feel like this class is going to help me move faster around different types of the technologies that are going to be used in the classroom. I hope that I learn different ways how to use specific types of technologies, and good ways to incorporate them into a classroom.

#3: By these results, I learned that I am more of an active and visual learner. I am no where near a sensing learner, and I am kind of a sequential learner. I learn best in groups, and actually doing things with the information that I am trying to retain. I also learn best by seeing pictures and diagrams instead of actual text. I thought I would be more of a sensing learner, but according to this, I am not.
